Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[Firerire Style] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
[Firerire Style] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately to investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the re-delivery costs.
